Live meeting Q&A with your own knowledge

MeetMate uses Microsoft Teams live captions as meeting context so you can ask grounded questions, use custom shortcuts, and bring your own private reference material into the conversation.

Install from the extension store

Live caption context

Turn on Teams Live Captions and MeetMate uses the recent caption stream to answer questions about the meeting.

Your knowledge

Upload reference documents in MeetMate settings. They stay in browser local storage and are searched only when relevant to a question.

Custom shortcuts

Choose and edit the prompts shown in the meeting UI. Free users can show up to three shortcuts; Premium can show more.

End-of-meeting results

MeetMate can save captured transcripts locally. Premium can optionally generate a structured report at the end of a meeting.

Bring your own model provider

Configure a compatible model endpoint and API key, including OpenRouter. MeetMate sends the context required for your AI request to that provider.

No meeting bot or audio recording

MeetMate runs in your browser. It does not join the meeting as a bot and does not capture meeting audio.

Privacy: settings, uploaded knowledge, and saved local data are stored in browser local storage. When you use an AI feature, the necessary meeting context and query are sent to the model provider you configured. See the Privacy Policy.
